He is the initiator of this corruption, which is precisely why his ‘Number One Fan’, Mrs Scerri of the Lazy Corner, was given the contract to run the ETC canteen, and why her daughter-in-law, a Russian citizen, was given the job of ‘EU control executive official’ there too.

And of course Philip Rizzo is a party to it and sees nothing wrong in it. He can hardly object or find fault when he is CEO of the Employment & Training Corporation for exactly the same reasons: political cronyism.

He’s there because he campaigned for Labour.
