Your estimate’s wrong. The leasehold property was sold on 20th March 2015 for GBP550,000.

Konrad Mizzi and Sai Mizzi Liang lived at Flat 97, The Oxygen, 18 Western Gateway, London, E16, in the Victoria Docks area from 2010 to 2011.

No one else was registered as living there until 2014. The current occupants are Konstantina-Maria Balya and Ghorgia Balta.

The estimated rental value is currently GBP2,085pcm or GBP25,020pa.

Konrad Mizzi’s is the bare minimum and without detail.

This exercise is about what the ministers visibly own. While all ministers declared in detail the addresses of their immovable property, Konrad Mizzi thinks he can slip under the radar.

Where is his “house in London including garage” situated?

Is he stupid enough not to rent it out while he isn’t using it?

So he should go back and re-write a decent declaration of assets.
