Some prominent people will always have a special projects handler.

In fact the term is such that it nowadays raises eyebrows and stirs fiscal inspection teams into action.

Depending on the type of prominence, there would be a special focus team that deals with particularly that type of prominence. For example: a show-bizz crack unit.

Use of the term is especially cunning when it is naively adopted and purposely bestowed.

TTG (Malta) Limited was set up in July 2013. Its main shareholder is registered in the BVI. TTG (Malta) Limited is a shareholder in Trident Trust Company (Malta) Limited, the majority shareholder in FA Invest (Malta) Limited which received payment for a dubious deal in Azerbaijan.

The shareholder that ultimately received 6.5 percent of the dividends was not Cenay Insaat, but a previously unknown shell company, FA Invest Malta, which has been incorporated just five weeks earlier.

FA Invest was represented by Hamzayev Rashad Firidunoglu.

Coincidentally, one of the president’s personal security guards in the Special State Guard Service has the same name.

His name appears on a list of Guard Service employees who received special awards “For the
service to motherland” from Aliyev in August 2010.

A few weeks after FA Invest’s entry and Azertel’s distribution of those delayed dividends, Azercell finally received its long-awaited 3G licence, and shortly thereafter, a 4G licence.
