Muscat sees mud from the PN era to counter the Land Department fiasco; action against spies who show up dubious dealings which might lose the government votes.

Interpretation:

Muscat got away with the Premier deal citing lack of experience but is desperate to appease people in Gaffarena deal, return of land idea being floated until anger subsides or mud for PN can be identified.

Do we not all remember how it was reported that acting Police Commissioner Ray Zammit would be removed and then he was simply given a different iced bun?

Do we not remember the saga of ex Police Commissioner Peter Paul Zammit who was also given a different bun?

Shock and survival instincts might be tempering with our memory. We had better read the writing on the wall.
