And why am I not surprised he’d resort to this excuse. Tad-daqqiet ta’ harta.

If that’s the case what was he doing these past two years, and if it’s record numbers and his lower tariffs, how does he manage to forget factoring in increased demand?

He’ll blame the previous administration when his power station fails.
