Most Maltese bikers are definitely going through a midlife crisis. If they were simply interested in riding motorbikes, they would have done it at 18 or in their 20s, and not waited until they are 40/50+.

Some of them were total nerds who were scared stiff of even riding pillion when they were that age. I remember.

Everybody is interested in life and society – not ‘other people’s lives’. Human beings are social animals. That is why bikers bike together and not like lone wolves.

If a woman in a public post hawks her genitals on the internet, it’s cause for outrage. So be it with a man, even a gay man.

It’s just not acceptable, full stop. You really have to be minn ta’ wara l-muntanja not to get this.
