Sky Gourmet Malta Ltd is a shareholding of Airest Austria (then Sky Gourmet), The Seabank Group and James Caterers Ltd. The company offers the in-flight catering service to Airmalta plc, under the company Sky Gourmet Malta Ltd. Airmalta plc has no jurisdiction on the suppliers of Sky Gourmet Malta Ltd; so long as the final service to Airmalta is within the accepted standards drawn up with the contract for in-flight service.
