The ETC, in effect and practice, has been aiding and abetting such abuse by employers.

The employee may well address a complaint to those reponsible. In fact when one does one is sent around like a cuc from one department to another.

One did get sent to see:

But the law goes on what the abusive employer declares, apparently.

And nothing gets done. The abusive employer’s green light to proceed in abusive action elsewhere, fully protected by the system.

It’s a net, and it’s a large one. The employee gets flayed right across it.

So now a qualifier for Head of Division at the Employment and Training Corporation is Boobs. This CEO should be giving the sack on the spot. Hardly the best example to employers, by an entity that should lead them by example.

Keep in mind that these people do not know, I repeat, have no idea, what all those letters of the alphabet after a name represent.

They have totally no inkling that they represent real words. Example, CEO means Chief Executive Officer,which means YOU are viewed as the company.

Being the CEO does not mean getting freebies galore and “making the most of these 5 years” plus getting wet dreams about your colleagues’ boobs (seriously,on Facebook?).

Do they have any idea how ridiculous a person looks by commenting about a woman’s boobs in public, on Facebook?
