It has also been noted that the wooden shelter put up for the police guarding Speaker Anglu Farrugia in Mosta has been left in the narrowest part of the road even though there are no longer any policemen/women on duty there.

Anyone passing through the area on foot has to practically walk in the middle of the road because of this shelter seeing that the stretch of road it was put on does not have a pavement and has a protruding field wall instead.

Are we to continue with the ‘u ijja mhux xorta’ way of doing things as long as it is the disadvantaged public who is suffering the consequences?
