Now let’s be real, going to anywhere south of Marsa was a frustrating voyage when they were rebuilding the road Marsa-Luqa.

Traffic reached (regularly) up to Ghaxaq as all cars needing to go to Luqa had to pass trough Tal-Barrani. It WAS a nightmare.

We must admit that the Maltese have very little understanding of traffic management.

But even if what he says might be true, as a public person, elected by popular vote, he should never criticise and insult the public in that way.

Not only is it in bad taste, but shows complete lack of civic education.
