This is not about pre-electoral surveys.

Approval ratings are worthless in a one-off survey.

It is rating trends that tell the true story.

And Joseph’s amazing story is undeniably that his approval rating has not declined in proportion to his and his government’s disastrous performance.

That, by the way, also tells a mind-numbing story about those who put him in power.
