One thing for sure though. It must be hell living under the same roof with such a mercurial character for a prolonged period of time, and not knowing what he might get up to next .

Who can blame the missus for scarpering off as far away as possible, and with the kids too?

Giving the responsabilities of the energy and health portfolios to such a character is sheer lunacy.

Here’s a tip: the more noise people make, the less bright they are.

When people flap around, talk incessantly and bustle, they are generally not bright at all.

Intelligence and composure are almost wholly correlated. Bright people are silent. You know why? Because bright people are thinking all the time. Flappy ones like Konrad Mizzi are not thinking at all.

I am referring to what I remember of him in those days so long ago.

At the time he struck me as being quite a brilliant young fellow.

Quite obviously, his ” idioscycracies” of then are now getting under out of control.

I never believed that he would fullfill any of the pre electoral promises he made.

Konrad Mizzi has a very pedestrian mind complicated by what is almost certainly Aspergers Syndrome. And you’re right, people like that can’t cope with any form of adult responsibility – which is exactly why his wife beat it to Shanghai with the children and is making a life without him.

No brilliant mind would have created that Godawful mess with the power station.
