Taghna Lkollers hiding and getting away with as much corruption for as long as possible before they are named and shamed, and then simply pretending to reverse or cancel orders, and latching on to another series of plan B to start the whole carousel of corruption revolving once again.

We have to hand it to them – they are extremely professional and innovative in creating a whole alphabet of plans to fall upon, and are as slippery and quick to adapt to new tricks as experienced and hardened criminals.

But then, that is a fair description of Taghna Lkoll policies, isn’t it?
