I’m single on an above average salary and have been looking for a decent property at a reasonable budget for over a year.

Properties on sale are of poor quality and prices are sky high. Whenever a good property is advertised, it is snapped within hours.

I suspect that there is a lot of money-laundering and speculation going on.

I’m desperate at the realisation that I am unable to afford a maisonette after studying and working hard for so many years.

Muscat strikes me as one of those adults who are still dreaming about what they want to do when they grow up, who knows perhaps Muscat could also apply for a job on his own steam one day.
