Yes clearly spent the budget. Walking the floor is a polite way of saying picking up the goodie bags or lounging around listening to people selling you their wares.

Funny, the Authority that should act as a salesperson doesn’t whilst a number of ministers and ignorant twats (and yes I do know what the word means) who really should not be selling do just that.
