In Malta, when one acts improperly, one gets promoted by Joseph Muscat and gets to continue to be chauffuer driven by a policeman.

Would anyone blame us if we wonder whether he is armed?

Can the opposition ask the Minister responsible if we are paying more for a policeman to work as a driver than we would for a civilian driver?

A fine example of the way Muscat is (not) capable of making any hard decisions, which would have not been hard at all had his priority been good governance rather that nepotism.
