Typically, they sell when they think the time is right.

I would bet that the EGM yesterday, where GO put its real estate in a separate company, is part of the process to prepare GO for sale.

This government PR bullshit about Huawei will most probably not have exerted much influence on the decision, if at all, as that decision will have been made prior to last week.

After all, it is all glitz with little substance behind it.

Or, more likely, some of the big boys could borrow from the government-controlled bank to do so, with a government guarantee for their loan.
