You must be totally naive. They will not know how the real world actually works because they have each other to fall on, besides being there on our purse rather than their own.

The conference is an extension of the Special Olympics event and therefore is a sham. And what do you expect them to do on their return?

Create an Inter-Ministerial Permanent Committee to implement ‘some idea’ from the Conference, with Justyne “Sriep Velenuzi” Caruana chairing it and Chris Agius as secretary?

A government that has the cheek to repeatedly take hard working honest Maltese taxpayers for a ride.

I challenge the government and that freak of nature, its energy minister, to reduce the price of a 12kg gas cylinder by a further 2 euros come November.

I must be frank and say that I am happy they are there, as long as they really participate in the conference. It would be a blessing if they come back with some idea of how the real world actually works.
