Valletta isn’t even as big as some towns on the continent.

I don’t understand why tourists can’t get about it on foot and I don’t understand why on earth anyone would see a Disneyesque train as an enhancement to a Baroque city such as Valletta.

It just lowers the whole tone of the place as well as looking incongruous.
