That puerile attempt at breaking up the family name groupings simply shows the disdain with which the Prime Minister and his minions look down on the electorate.

There must have been a lot of high-fives and self-congratulating when they came up with that gem.

They regard the voters with such contempt that they didn’t even fathom that it would take about 30 seconds to cut and paste and reorder that list.

One thinks that the government published a list of names and technically it did but try to sort the names into the UNIVERSALLY accepted format of family name first and instantly you realize that many of the names listed could be either the family name or the given name and thus getting an accurate list is impossible.

There is only one other explanation for this and that would be that the person who compiled the list is a complete moron in which case there should be an apoligy, a retraction of the list and a re-publishing immediately.

One would assume that sub-regulation 14(2) of Subsidiary Legislation 188.03 does not specify the order in which names are to be published and in the Labour spirit of wrong but not illegal, this travesty of the law was concocted.

Perhaps we should ask Franco Debono if Labour-proofing laws is at all possible?
