Joe Vella Bonnici is culturally bereft, too. He was a ‘script consultant’ but anybody who has tried to read any article he’s written for the Times of Malta or The Executive will know just what a great and engaging writer he is.
And neither of them has even a shred of a sense of humour, which in my book constitutes a major crime.

Trying calling Identity Malta or sending an email and you will see how its efficiency is inversely proportionate to the multitasking of its chief – unless you are applying for citizenship in which case, that is, you are shown the red carpet.
