A position in the cabinet is a very senior position and should not be treated any differently to a very senior appointment in a corporation.

Even if you have to pick and choose among sub-standard individuals, choose the best of what you have got.

Politicians shouldn’t get their positions in the cabinet on the basis of how many votes they got.
