A recent article says it’ll reach its limit by end 2016 because “it is the quickest and cheapest way to get a European passport”.

The ad in The Economist can only mean one thing: the scheme will NOT be capped at 1800 and Henley and Partners are gearing up for the ride.

What’s in it for Muscat? More cash, more votes, more commissions for cronies, “more treatment” so majtezwel.
