I absolutely agree.

I am certain that the plan was to be a ‘gvern li jisma’ and supposedly scale down the project, after having taken into consideration the public’s wishes – to what was originally needed anyway.

This joke university really only needs one room to host an administrator and a printer for certificates, which in truth can actually just be sent out by soft copy via email anyway.

They won’t even be worth the paper they’re printed on.
