The Albanians could always ask the Icelanders what was Muscat’s advice to them about joining the EU.

Are there any Labour supporters who actually know much about all that is involved in the process of accession to the EU?

Perhaps Muscat will offer Richard Cachia Caruana a highly paid advisory post to this end.
