His legal name is Jeffrey Pullicino.

I had reported on this website a couple of years ago that he was suing the state to be permitted to add ‘Orlando Smith’ to his legal surname. But nothing appears to have come of that case.

Jeffrey’s father’s surname is Pullicino. Jeffrey’s mother maiden surname is Orlando Smith.
