Any colour, as long as it's not black?

It is not necessary to know someone's background to treat them humanely.

There needs to be safe refugee reception centres in Turkey and perhaps Syria itself were refugees can be processed and if need be relocated temporarily.

The pro's are huge as this way they can travel to their location legally and safely and at the same time the receiving country is not in chaos with thousands of undocumented refugees as is happening now.

Long story short, they will travel safely and legally and the country receiving them knows their background and will be able to treat them much better. Also the people from the receiving countries will feel much safer knowing that the refugees are properly processed and documented therefore the fear factor will be much much less.

This will also filter out who are genuine Syrian refugees and who are bogus economic migrants from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Somalia etc.
