The speed limit is a separate matter.

What counts is whether you have injured somebody or not.

If you are driving within the speed limit and knock somebody down, you will prosecuted all the same.

Like very many people, you confuse prosecution with ‘found guilty’.

The police arraign and prosecute, but it is the courts of justice which decide on guilt.

Just as it is not up to the police to decide that he is guilty, so it is not up to the police to decide that he is innocent.

If they have grounds for prosecution, they are obliged to prosecute.

They clearly have grounds.

I think you’re either wrong or the law is seriously fooked up. He was driving dangerously (i.e. fast) because it’s exactly what he was supposed to be doing. I would be very surprised to learn that racing drivers can be prosecuted for causing an involuntary accident during a Motorsport event. It would be absurd.

Just look at those shoes 1.27. She does get to smile at the camera. ‘Buying experience at McLaren second to none’, I should think so, and the bubbly non-alcoholic.

But then, there will be those with a bigger car, a net worth capable of keeping the car at the factory; a full team of technicians, tyres, upgrades and transfers to circuits thrown in.

The catch is you can’t drive the thing round the block, nor allowed to promote your Youtube channel.

What I report, I know for a fact. When I can say how I know this for fact, I do. But when I can’t, as with Paul Bailey and the palace, or the prime minister’s parents-in-law and Villa Messina, I don’t.
