Agreed, however I am sure that cheap pastizzerias every other corner and fast food restaurants mushrooming everywhere offering very cheap deals have a lot to do with this. I never said people cannot afford normal decent food.

They certainly would not target it North American style, where pharmacies are glorified corner grocery stores with the emphasis on selling candy bars, 2-litre bottles of soda pop and large bags of corn and potato chips and until recently, cigarettes.

Sounds like the sort of thing that should be financed by European funds. Better still, get the pharmaceuticals to sponsor it.
