Rita Baker (left) who has been put on the state payroll at the Tourism Ministry’s customer care department but works for the Tourism Minister’s wife instead, running errands for her notarial office, chauffeuring her about and organising her husband’s coffee mornings. Baker’s brother and his wife have also been put on the Tourism Ministry payroll as a messenger and a cleaner.
