The above scanned copy of a cashed cheque proves one thing, and one thing only. At the end of last August, Dr. Cardona instructed his bank to transfer funds from his account to the account of Silvan Fenech.

It does not indicate if it is a permanent or temporary transfer. It does not indicate what it is for, or what the deal was between these two.

A lot of systems default to the US date format.
