In reply to mica. A degree in law from the University of Malta is actually the equivalent of a bachelor's + a master's, not just a "first degree" (the course is 5 or 6 years, and not just 3), but definitely not a doctorate.

When I see this sort of thing the main thing that worries me is not that there are people who think it is a good idea to get him elected.

We all know that IQ follows a Gaussian distribution, so some electors can’t be expected to know any better.

What annoys me a lot is that the University of Malta which once had a good standing hands out doctorates to these people.
