In reply to Antoine Vella. As I said before, these are not homes in the community. The concept is completely different, with small homes of max 10 people - so as not to create institutions like Ta' Vajrita residence.

Too bloody right! I was once given “directions” something along the lines of “pass by the nuns’ convent, turn right at the government school for girls and and keep on going till you come to Randu’s boatyard”.

If I knew where all these places were, I didn’t need directions. Obviously.

But most Maltese are devoid of empathy so they can’t conceive what/how the person asking for help is thinking.
