Fair point, but I would argue what’s more of a threat to life to the the citizens at present is the lack of proper health and safety standards being implemented on the Island.

What is he expecting from the authorities? Is he expecting them to check the IDs and passports of everyone under the sky just so that he can feel safe?

If he cannot ensure that all those who enter his clubs are within the legal age by checking their ID cards then why is he expecting anyone else to do better.
