The tone of all this praise for the Opposition leader is just so wrong and misplaced.

Most of you here sound as though you are praising a boy who’s doing well and coming along fine.

It is just so patronising, condescending, and above all, misjudged and ill-advised.

I completely agree with the last sentence. This ‘drawwa’ of giving guests on a programme books, soap, wine, photographs, etc. at the conclusion of the programme is extremely tacky and cheapens both the donor and the receiver.

Bugeja is mediocre and too big for his boots.

OMG! Simon Busuttil totally destroyed Reno Bugeja.

Sorry for the dramatic OMG. It’s not like I had no faith in him but he didn’t just win the arguments, he destroyed them and really put Reno Bugeja and the Labour Party in their place.

Busuttil can do it. He can win the next election and not just because of the fact that the Labour government is riddled with corruption and secrecy and amateurism but also because he can do better, a whole lot better and I believe he has now come to a stage where he is stronger and able to convince voters.

What brass neck. Reno Bugeja takes offence when he is told that PBS is the government’s/Labour Party’s political tool. Unbelievable.

Everybody knows that PBS is more partisan and biased than the Labour Party’s own station, and Reno Bugeja was put there, as head of news, by Joseph Muscat specifically to achieve that objective.
