One is to presume that they had a couple of spare vehicles to use in case of accidents so I’m not sure that accidents cover this situation .

Are a bunch of Volvos being used for unofficial purposes and for people who are not supposed to be using them but feel too important to use their own car?

Have a few been squirrelled away into someone’s garage?

We need answers.

That’s true, however at the Valletta summit he had confirmed that he will be coming back for CHOGM.

Their insurance policy would only cover private use as these are not hire cars and all car policies in any case exclude use within the airport restricted area.
