The whole point of a real Louis Vuitton bag is that it falls into the category you describe.

1970s suede jackets are awful. Suede deteriorates with age and becomes stiff and dull. And the cut is all wrong for 2015.

I have no interest in Louis Vuitton bags, either, Flanker, but I can still tell a fake from an original.

I’d say it’s not so much a heterosexual male problem but a problem with people who unable to tell quality materials and skilled workmanship from the opposite.

I can tell a well-made piece of furniture from a badly made on even though I’m not a carpenter.

Apart from the fact that even if it were a genuine Louis Vuitton it would still be a tacky and totally inappropriate thing to have in an official government advert about tax cuts for desperate young people hoping to buy their first home.

If they can afford a real Louis Vuitton, they don’t need the tax break.
