Helena Dalli did not say anything of the sort.

She said, quite specifically, that a woman can’t play the victim if she says something and a man retaliates.

And this discussion was never about insults, so don’t allow the Labour Party to take you down that side-track.

This discussion is about a THREAT OF VIOLENCE which constitutes a criminal offence, and for which Marlene Farrugia has grounds to file a complaint with the police for prosecution.
