Dr Manwel Mallia has opened a little playground (not a playing field) in Ta’ Giorni.

This is so all the children, mums, and grandmas (not grandpas, those are too busy drinking Cisk Lager at the local Kazin Laburista) can spend their free time in a clean and safe environment.

Dr Mallia was asked to try one of the slides, but, after a quick glance at their width, he declined the offer, saying he was sorry but he’d have to rush off to open a latrina in another hamlet.
