Muscat's mock shock-horror and his blatant public displays of tweeting hypocrisy re. Joe Cassar is just a cynical façade - and ironically, a transparent way of diverting attention away from his own government's politically corrupt activities and scandals.

Let's not ever forget that Muscat and his government of merry men are still busy selling off Malta's passports, land and other assets to any old Tom, Dick or Harry who has the right amount of money and/or no scruples.

These sleazy used-car salesmen that we've got as Prime Minister and cabinet are chronically incompetent, and have no connection whatsoever with the real meaning of running a democratic government for the people they are there to serve.

Hence the many millions of euros spent on consultants and jobs for the boys and girls.

Now let's all get comfortable and sit back and listen to all the over-paid spin doctors spew forth another load of empty rhetoric and damage limitation bull to convince the gullible and the myth-believers that they are charismatic and squeaky-clean politicians while the Opposition as just the negative Nationalists.

The PL are not infallible or untouchable. They and their cronies are sleaze-balls and freeloaders who are intent on grabbing what they can, while they can, snatching the country and all its assets from under the noses of an electorate who constantly looks the other way.

The ongoing and continued silence of the majority of the electorate is deafening and frightening.

The buyers have sent Busuttil on a quest to bag the four winds.

When was the last time you read a product manual from cover to cover before using a tech gadget?

Knowledge of product, leap of faith, gut instinct, tech savvyness, trends, experience, history?

The product isn't Busuttil. It's Malta. We need to shift from focus on "Leader," to focus on country. The Leader serves the country. We've forgotten that, it seems. The Leader should be quasi irrelevant. It's the country, its people and their rights that are important.

Somehow you are falling into the trap of taking the Labour stage props as the new standard.

Labour is the land where people expect things done for them. Where effort needs be from State-out, whilst effort from citizen-in is transformed into cartoon shutter shoots.

The tech savvy, the younger generations, the ones raised on games etc. where there's a choice between plots and worlds, and entire games: they make those choices for themselves and don't need the whole singular plot laid out before them for a choice to be made.

Do you remember the first Harry Potter movie? Same sort of approach. Older viewers said: there's no plot; it shifts; it's discontinuous.

The distortion - refraction if you will - is at that point and by that medium.

It's not really discontinuous. Buyers are into the bits they identify with. It's no longer a one size fits all. If the "lejalta'"/ religion shift has occurred, perhaps it's because the dogma aspect has become more fluid to take in the updated scenario.

Some things are standard and some things are not. Some things are in flux - not settled. (I'd say the passport scam aspect is in flux: dependent on other EU developments) Time is underway. As is strategy on the both sides. Strengths and weaknesses are in flux

New information and controlled time of delivery are the critical random entry bits for Muscat. But after a point new information cannot simply be added on to old: new information requires old information to be rearranged into a new sequence to be efficient. (This is pure lateral thinking strategy).

The key is going to be the overall new balance of value deliverables. At the moment it's cat and mouse/ chess / positioning, not slalom. You may see Busuttil in the mouse role - I don't.

I agree it can be hell for a literal precise mind that wants change but wants it defined and ready with a manual. Flux is definable when it's history. Change that is underway has an overall direction. This, has been stated.

You are able to identify more thorns than most. Don't sit on the thorn and get stuck there. Go for a take of the overall fragrance/s.

I'd say it's still the same problem to do with emotional fluency and a broad related handy vocabulary range. It helps to be specific about the complaint, and I think half the time people aren't so confident about what they'd like to complain about. This says much about the quality of our thinking.

Back home and with friends one would tend to revert to a register and vocabulary type one is comfortable with, but at a restaurant / shop what's the register one adopts and who does one address? Does someone in the group know or do business with the owner? It can get so petty.

I'm of the opinion that unless you let the restaurant/ shop i) know what's off and ii) suggest an improvement, you may as well write it off for a while. I'd rather be directly vocal about it and seek improvement, if there seems to be scope for it. If there doesn't, I'll go with the vocal plus write off.
