He should try convincing fathers to share the burden of child rearing for a start. This should then be followed by the government creating a network of help by providing proper, subsidized professional nurseries and child carers respecting EU laws so that mothers can seriously have their mind at rest.

This, and and only this, will make sensible clever women take up a career after their studies.

Grandmothers should be left in peace and quiet to enjoy their well deserved retirement.
