I’m sorry, but why does the President give out money from the Community Chest Fund for medicines that should be provided by a government that spends Euro 50,000 on handbags for foreign dignitaries and all in all giving Michelle Muscat the thrill of helping a personal friend who lives in London. Mugabe is not that exceptional it seems.
