And then it hit me. We live in a country where people parade big logos on their T-shirts. All these government lackeys who previously organised coffee mornings will want to tell the world that they were involved with CHOGM.

And what better way to do it then to splash it with big letters made out of shiny crystals.

In their minds this is the ideal gift.
