I disagree. We’ve been trying to rebuild those countries (I include Malta among the Western nations, since we’re hosting the summit) for the best part of sixty years, and they’ve only got worse. Also, those countries got more out of colonialism than was taken out. We have the figures to prove it.

So I’m not sure that anything can be be done, if we cannot do anything about the ravishing and pillaging politicians and Chinese colonists back home.
