Now the two issues are not unrelated, from a purely European point of view.

But the Maltese focus is actually entering Africa. Europe has been catered for.

If things were above-board, why the need for opacity?

Can Joseph Muscat, Konrad Mizzi or Malta Enterprise spell out Shiv Nair’s role here?
