For your vote to stay with the PN even if the candidate for whom you voted No. 1 is not elected, you have to keep moving down from 1 to at least 5 or 6 (to be safe) on PN candidates.

Your error – and many others share it – is to assume that you are voting for parties rather than for candidates.

Positivity right now is completely out of synch with the public mood.
