Same venue will be next Father Christmas mass gathering organised by Xarabank’s Peppi. Will the volunteers and/or professionals in the animal care sphere, be giving their support to this so called fund raiser ?

Maybe we will get a Xarabank show about cruelty to animals some day soon. What will be Peppi’s stand ? Making use of these illegal premises is condoning and encouraging same illegalities. This applies too to the President’s Office.

The tiger was reported as being unwell by the Montekristo management. That might also have had a bearing on its behavior and was an additional reason why it should not have been among the public.

“Following to the various versions reported in the media, the management would like to clarify that from preliminary investigation it transpired that the tiger was being walked by two handlers, and was lying on the floor at the point of incident. At one point the boy moved towards the tiger, and the tiger wrapped her claws around the boy consequently hitting the boy with its nail in the face. At no point did the tiger bite the boy or any of the sort took place”.

It’s the boy’s fault, he should be charged with attempted suicide.

I suggest the management consider suing the parents for gross negligence resulting in loss of business for the rest of the afternoon.

A tiger on a leash among the crowd. Children are naturally curious and fascinated, a tiger is naturally wild. All in all an açcident waiting to happen.

I sincerely hope the child recovers quickly and that the easy way out will not be taken by blaming the tiger ànd putting it down.

However I do think it will be business as usual over there tomorrow.
