This really is beyond ridiculous. If the Akkademja had anything to do with this (which I seriously doubt), then this is one of those instances when they need to have their faces covered in egg.

Literal translations rarely make sense anyway, so your last suggestion would be best.

The word to use is “amministrattiv”, and there’s probably no need for the word “miftuħ”.
