First they campaign aggressively throughout the year, starting immediately the last L-Istrina programme ends, then they try to tell us that they managed to collect the whole sum in 12 hours.

At the end of the day, as someone else said on the comments board of The Malta Independent, it took a whole nation to collect the same sum that Muscat frittered away on Cafe Premier.
