I cannot agree more. Why hold a formal banquet in a ‘tent’ when there are marvellous palaces in Malta, where such events can be held?

Yet the President is holding a party “in appreciation to” the Malta Developers Association at Verdala Palace. No sense of priority at all.

As the saying goes – ‘sejrin lura bhal-granc.’ (Not actually correct, since the ‘granc’ moves sideways, while we certainly are regressing.)
